To set HESA levels:

  1. Select the Reference Data button from the System ribbon.

    The Reference Data screen is displayed. Select UI Levels from the Types menu.

  2. Select a row from the UI Levels grid and use the HESA level drop-down list to choose the relevant level, if required.

    Alternatively, use the HESA level drop-down list to choose the relevant level.

Note: Use HESA Level 1 for degree/instance information spanning several years, use HESA Level 2 for the academic year UI (for example: student instance period data).
